Radiation levels around tanks holding contaminated water at the crippled Fukushima nuclear power plant in Japan have hit a new high Japanese officials said yesterday.

The readings taken by the Nuclear Regulation Authority (NRA) just above the ground near tanks at the Fukushima Daiichi plant showed as much as 2,200 millisieverts (mSv) present, surpassing the previous high measure of 1,800 mSv found just four days prior. Both levels are potent enough to kill an unprotected human within hours. In effect, the maximum time workers can work at the site is 4 hours.

The tanks holding the contaminated water sit on a hill above the Pacific Ocean. Last week, plant operator Tokyo Electric Power Co. (TEPCO) disclosed that at least one of the 1,060 temporary tanks sprang a leak, discharging as much as 300 tons of radioactive liquid containing large amounts of cesium. A tiny amount of cesium, smaller than the tip of a child’s small finger will kill a human being.

Following the incident, the NRA raised the rating of the water leak to Level 3, a “serious incident” on the international scale of radioactivity. The severity of the leak was previously classified as Level 1, an “anomaly.”

TEPCO said on Monday that it might have to dump contaminated cooling water from the plant into the Pacific, local media reported.

Israel has granted oil exploration rights to Genie Energy.

Rupert Murdoch and Lord Jacob Rothschild are major shareholders of Genie Energy – which also has interests in shale gas in the U.S. and shale oil in Israel.  Dick Cheney is also on the company’s advisory board.

It is illegal under international law for Israel to grant oil exploration rights on occupied territory.

For Israel to seek to exploit mineral reserves in the occupied Golan Heights is plainly illegal in international law. In fact, Singapore successfully sued Japan before the International Court of Justice for exploitation of Singapore’s oil resources during the Second World War. The argument has been made in international law that an occupying power is entitled to operate oil wells which were previously functioning and operated by the occupied nation, but there is absolutely no disagreement in the case law that the drilling of new wells by an occupying power is illegal.

 

  

The fact that Jacob Rothschild and Rupert Murdoch are invested in oil exploration efforts in occupied Syria tells us that they support the overthrow of the Assad government in Damascus. A U.S. Defense Dept. official said the Pentagon is moving a sixth warship armed with cruise missiles to the eastern

Mediterranean Sea, giving the U.S. more firepower for a possible attack on Syria.

The guided-missile destroyer Stout will join four other missile-carrying U.S. destroyers off the coast of Syria. Each destroyer can carry up to 90 cruise missiles which have a range of nearly 1,000 miles. The international community and the UN look to the American Empire to supply its massive military force to solve international conflicts.

In Daniel 7:6 Daniel describes a future third empire like a Leopard and dominion was given to it. A Leopard is multi-colored spotted tiger and the U.S. is a diverse, multi-colored nation. The U.S. has dominion or rule over the world militarily. This mighty military power enables the U.S. to act unilaterally if the international community does not agree with the U.S.     

In order to gain another perspective on the war in Syria we must look at natural resources, specifically natural gas. The war in Syria affects not only the U.S. but the entire international community and especially Syria’s regional neighbors.

 

There are massive natural gas and oil deposits in the Mediterranean near Syria, Lebanon, Israel and Cyprus. This fact affects the entire world because if Syria controls the major oil assets off its coast, consequently Syria occupies a critical position in the global oil economy. An escalated war in Syria has the potential to send world oil prices through the roof and that in turn would send a tidal wave across the global economy. Goldman Sachs predicted that oil could soar to $150 a barrel if the Syrian conflict goes hot and draws in Russia and China.

The trouble for Syria began with the discovery of natural gas in the Mediterranean right off the coast of Syria, Cyprus, Lebanon and Israel.

So where is the problem?

Well, there thing is already a Liquid Natural Gas Producing power house and it is the tiny nation of Qatar.”

Qatar floats in Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) it has over 77 Billion Tons in Reserve. The problem is that Qatar wants to sell its LNG to Europe. The problem for Qatar in achieving this is their regional big brother Saudi Arabia. The Saudis will not let Qatar build a pipeline cutting across the Saudi Arabia. So Qatar wants a pipeline to the Mediterranean regio

The eastern Mediterranean Sea from Egypt to Turkey has vast reserves of natural gas oil. Russia has a gas deal with Syria that allows Russia to sell this Natural Gas and Oil to Europe.

Russia now controls the natural gas coming out of Syria.

The Nabucco Agreement was signed by a handful of European nations and Turkey back in 2009. It is an agreement to run a natural gas pipeline across Turkey into Austria thus bypassing Russia. Keep in mind, at present Russian has an energy strangle hold on Europe.

 

However, that strangle hold could evaporate if Qatar becomes a supplier to the proposed Arab pipeline from Libya to Egypt to Nabucco.

Do you see the energy picture clearly now?

A Russian backed Syria stands in the way of Qatar and its allies that include the U.S.

Qatar would love to sell its LNG to the EU. The problem for Qatar in achieving this is Saudi Arabia. The Saudis have already said no to a pipeline cutting across Saudi Arabia. The only solution for Qatar and its synchophants to undermine Assad in Syria and gain access to Syria’s Mediterranean seaports.

Moreover, recently Exxon Mobile and Qatar Petroleum International have made a $10 Billion deal that allows Exxon Mobile to sell natural gas through a port in Texas to the UK and Mediterranean markets. Qatar stands to make a lot of money and the only thing standing in the way of their bigger aspirations is the small nation of Syria. Syria has a become a pawn in the international big money and natural resource game.

How does the U.S. play into this natural gas and big money game?

The US comes into the scene because we have vast wells of natural gas, in fact the largest known supply in the world. Natural gas prices have been suppressed for so long in the US. US energy companies want to get involved in the Natural Gas market in Europe hence smashing the monopoly that the Russians have enjoyed for so long. Some analysts believe that the war in Syria is really a conflict between the U.S., Qatar and Russia and Syria over the natural gas market.

Ironically, the main cities at war in Syria are Damascus, Homs, and Aleppo. These are the same cities that the proposed gas pipelines happen to run through.

Qatar is the biggest financier of the Syrian war, having spent over $3 billion so far on the conflict. The other side of the story is Saudi Arabia, which finances anti-Assad groups in Syria. The Saudis do not want to be marginalized by Qatar; thus they too want to topple Assad and implant their own puppet government, one that would sign off on a pipeline deal and charge Qatar for running their pipes through to Nabucco.

With the possibility of a cruise missile strike from America, there is massive fear in the oil market and oil prices are surging. Remember, the end game is to end Russia's monopoly on natural gas and oil that it supplies to Europe and gain control and marketing of the huge oil and natural gas deposits in the Mediterranean Sea. The outcome could have severe consequences to the Russian economy as well as Russia's natural gas company Gazprom.

There are two opposing factions in Syria. On one side you have the Qatari backed Muslim Brotherhood and its subsidiaries that have very close ties with the Emir of Qatar. On the other side you have the Saudi backed al Nusra and al-Qaeda and its subsidiaries. These groups are committing  atrocities on the people of Syria and are persecuting and slaughtering Christians in Syria. Syria was a refuge for Christians fleeing the terror and chaos in Iraq.

Using the pretense of spreading love and democracy throughout the Middle East, the New World Order or Illuminati have already seized control of six Arab nations. They are forming kingdom #7 that will bow to the anti-christ.

For Russia, Syria is an essential strategic ally and area in Russia’s back yard. The question is will Russia draw a line in Syria and the Mediterranean Sea lest Russia loses its European market to Middle Eastern interests.

Syria and Israel sit in the cross road between Europe and Asia. It is historically true that the empire that controls the Mediterranean sea routes and natural resources controls the world.

If Obama attacks Syria a new can of worms will be opened. This could stop the flow of oil from the Middle East. There would be untold repercussions for the U.S. economy and the world economy.

San Antonio is famous for last stands -- but local conservatives are hoping the battle over religious liberty won't be one of them. Hundreds of residents weighed in, the city council passed (8-3) an outrageous ordinance that's attracted -- not just the state's attention -- but the nation's. What liberals have painted as a harmless non-discrimination measure is actually a vicious attack on conservative Christians that could be the first step to banning believers from local boards and commissions.

Unlike similar ordinance in Houston, Dallas, Austin, Fort Worth, and El Paso, San Antonio's proposal would bar anyone who believes in natural marriage or biblical sexuality from doing business with the city. Not only does the measure contradict Texas's Constitution (which outlaws religious tests), it's a gross infringement on free speech for people serving in council-appointed positions. And Republicans across the state refuse to accept it. Everyone from Senator Ted Cruz to state Attorney General (and gubernatorial candidate) Greg Abbott are swinging back with public statements, press releases, and letters to Mayor Julian Castro, blasting the city's contempt for the law.

"I oppose the proposed ordinance because it would not prevent discrimination, but impose it: stifling speech, repressing religious liberty, and imposing burdens on those who hold a traditional view on human relations," wrote Abbott. "Although the proposal has been couched in terms of liberty and equality, it would have the effect of inhibiting the liberty of expression and equality of opportunity for San Antonians." Adding insult to injury, Abbott explains, "By excluding businesses because of their owners' religious beliefs, or by forcing business owners to abandon their religious beliefs in order to do business with the city -- without an exception for sincerely held religious objections -- the policy raises serious constitutional concerns that will surely be the subject of extensive litigation." Most legal experts agree with Abbott's concern that the ordinance will be a magnet for lawsuits. While the country awaits the state's next move, we can all be encouraged that leaders and churches stepped up to challenge the city's lawlessness. Council members may not have done the right thing, but join us in thanking the ones who did: Greg Abbott and Senator Cruz, who stood up for the rights of Texans.

Alan Grayson, D-Fla., who is aggressively lobbying against a military strike on Syria, says the Obama administration has manipulated intelligence to push its case for U.S. involvement in the country's two-year civil war...He says members of Congress are being given intelligence briefings without any evidence to support administration claims that Syrian leader Bashar Assad ordered the use of chemical weapons. Grayson said he cannot discuss the classified briefings..." (US News,9/6/13)

  

HE SAYS MEMBERS OF CONGRESS ARE BEING GIVEN INTELLIGENCE BRIEFINGS WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT ADMINISTRATION CLAIMS THAT SYRIAN LEADER BASHAR ASSAD ORDERED THE USE OF CHEMICAL WEAPONS.

  

So what do they do in these secret briefings? Show Congressmen a classified CIA handshake? Kill a pig? Hand out stacks of cash?

Here's the thing, and remember it. Obama invited us all to the party. He said we had to take responsibility for going to war or not going to war.

He said we were involved. The American people.

And since that's the case, we have to see the evidence. Not just the report to the President. Not just the summary by the CIA. Not just the statement of Mr. Kerry-Heinz. Not just McCain looking up from his video poker game to remind us that we have to go to war to avoid undermining the credibility of the United States.

Evidence is in the details. Put it all on the table. Now. Open it up. Open up the folders and the files and the statements.

Otherwise, how can we make up our minds? We're not going on faith. We've had enough of that.

If you think relying on members of Congress, who've had secret briefings behind closed doors, is adequate, you're quite insane.

Obama says he's certain Assad used chemical weapons on his own people. That's where we start. Prove it. Do you know what "prove" means? It means PROVE.

Here's a novel idea. In these hearings that are taking place now, call to the stand 30 or 40 members of Congress who've had the confidential briefings and ask them: what in particular convinced you that Assad used chemical weapons on his own people?

And accept NO generalities. Grill these Congressmen, press them, get down their necks, corner these weasels. Make them make their case.

"Oh, sir, you mean you saw photos of dead people? Is that it? You've got nothing else?"

"Sir, let's cut the crap. You're basically telling this committee that you know Assad used chemical weapons on his own people because the CIA told you so. Right? When you boil it down, that's what you're saying. My ten-year-old daughter could do better than that."

Evidence, when you get past the propaganda line, is a strange thing. You know why? Because it's EVIDENCE. That's right. It stands there and says, "Hey, look at me, I'm evidence. What do you think? Do I make sense?"

It can be questioned. It can be analyzed. People can chop away at it and defend it and turn it over in their hands and see it from several sides. Each piece of it.

The federal government has certain departments that look at evidence and interpret it. And then they release conclusions. That's all these people do. And we're supposed to bow down and say, "Well, those are the people who deal with evidence. We the people have nothing to do with that."

It's hypnotism. We're supposed to accept that the government has people who handle evidence and we're too stupid to take on the job ourselves. That's the trance.

And it's a crock.

"We, the CIA, and allied intelligence agencies, declare that we OWN the area of discovering vital and secret information and then interpreting it. We don't just DO it. We're exclusively IN CHARGE of it. Every activity in society has a function and that function is delegated to some government department. You, the people, aren't in charge of anything..."

The government doesn't want us to look at evidence because it knows we'll ask questions and pry and poke and analyze it with more care and more righteous suspicion than they do. Minus the official agenda.

There was a self-appointed citizen grand jury who did just that in the case of the Oklahoma City bombing. It was headed up by Charles Key. These people made the hypnotized official Grand Jury directed by official prosecutors look like idiots. What Charles Key's group discovered would fry your brain. Because they actually looked at the evidence and punched holes in it and found new and better evidence, and they didn't stop until it was obvious that the whole OKC bombing was a very different kind of op.

So, in this situation, the war in Syria, we're invited to the party, but not really. They don't want us to see the evidence because they know what we'd do to it.

"Mr. Obama? You want us to bear the burden of responsibility for bombing Syria? You said that. All right, then we have to look at the evidence for ourselves. You see, that's what responsibility entails. If, on the other hand, that invitation to the party was just a straight con, and meant nothing, then okay. At least we know where we stand. But don't issue the invitation then. We don't need it and we don't want it. Also, just out of curiosity, is John Kerry alive? He looks like a corpse who's been re-animated in a castle in Transylvania. Just asking."

And now, here's Putin. His boys have put together a 100-page report showing it's the rebels who used chem weapons in Syria. They sent the report to the UN. Let's see it. The whole thing. Open it up. Put it side by side with the US intell assessment and compare and contrast.

Somebody is going to say, "This is ridiculous. The government can't expose everything they know, because it would 'compromise methods and sources' and it could get agents and assets killed."

Right. They always trot that one out. It ends all arguments.

"Okay, wow, I see. Yes. In that case, just keep all your secrets and tell us what to do and we'll do it. Tell us what to go along with and we will. We're the peons and you're the pros."

Here's my response to that. One, the government frequently uses the excuse to hide information that wouldn't get anyone killed but would expose government crimes to the people.

And two, needless and criminal wars also get people killed, and if government has the exclusive right to decide when to make war, we're living in a fascist State. Why? Because those decisions are often made on the basis of issues miles removed from defending America.

The invitation to the American people to participate in deciding whether to attack Syria? It's like sitting on a jury in a murder case and having the judge tell you you can't hear or see the evidence. You're only going to hear witnesses spout generalities about whether they believe the defendant is innocent or guilty.

Welcome to the charade, the con, the big lie, the imitation of reality.

U.S. birth rate

Falling birth rates can be considered a challenge to future economic growth and the labor pool.

“If there are fewer younger people in the United States, there may be a shortage of young workers to enter the labor force in 18 to 20 years,” said University of New Hampshire demographer Kenneth Johnson. “A downturn in the birth rate affects the whole economy.”

It takes 2.1 children per woman for a given generation to replace itself, and U.S. births have been below replacement level since 2007.

As of last year, a separate CDC analysis shows an American woman will give birth to an average of 1.88 children over her lifetime, also a record low.

The Tamu Massif Volcano

It is called Tamu Massif, it’s one huge volcano,” said William Sager, a geology professor at the University of Houston in Texas. Sager is lead author in a study about the find that was published this week in the peer-reviewed journal Nature Geoscience.

“It is in the same league as Olympus Mons on Mars, which had been considered to be the largest volcano in the solar system,” Sager told National Geographic.

Tamu Massif is a rounded dome that measures about 280 by 400 miles (450 by 650 kilometers), or more than 100,000 square miles. Its top lies about 6,500 feet (about 2,000 meters) below the ocean surface, while the base extends down to about 4 miles (6.4 kilometers) deep. Tamu Massif dwarfs the largest active volcano on Earth, Mauna Loa in Hawaii, which measures about 2,000 square miles (5,200 square kilometers).

Made of basalt, Tamu Massif is the oldest and largest feature of an oceanic plateau called the Shatsky Rise in the northwestern Pacific Ocean. The total area of the rise is similar to Japan or California.

Sager started studying Tamu Massif about 20 years ago. He named it Tamu Massif because Tamu is short for Texas A&M University, where the scientist worked at the time; massif is French for “massive” and is a scientific term for a large mountain.

Scientists had known about the Shatsky Rise since the early 20th century, when it was first mapped, he explained. “We knew it was a big mountain range, but we didn’t know what the structure was like or how it formed,” said Sager.

He added that Tamu Massif is different from classic seamounts, the volcanoes that protrude off the ocean floor around the world by the tens of thousands. Tamu Massif is much larger, with a much more gentle slope than classic seamounts, Sager said.

Near the summit of Tamu Massif, the slope is only around one degree, he said. Down the flank the slope is half a degree, and it’s even less than that near the base. (The average slope of a staircase is 40 degrees, and an easy ski slope is about 10 degrees.) ”If you were standing on the massif, you would have a hard time knowing which way is down,” said Sager.

The Russian aircraft carrier Admiral Kuznetsov

Agence France-Presse via Yahoo! News reports three Russian warships crossed Turkey’s Bosphorus Strait Thursday en route to the Eastern Mediterranean near the coast of Syria. Russia now has six vessels in the region versus 13 US ships and two US submarines.

Also, Russian news source Telegrafist reported that at least one Chinese vessel is en route to the region. However, it appears – at least publicly- China is only there to “observe” the situation.

Friends, could this false flag chemical attack be the pretext for another "Gulf of Tonkin" incident that will plunge the U.S. ever more deeply into the war in Syria?

Russian Intelligence sources have been telling President Putin repeatedly since August 21 that Assad forces most definitely did not carry out the attack, but available intelligence does point to the pro-American Syrian rebels as the culprit. Putin has shouted this message to the world, even daring -- double-daring -- President Obama to prove that Assad's forces launched the gas attack.

Former intelligence analysts, including your watchman, are saying, categorically, that contrary to the claims of the Obama administration, the most reliable intelligence shows that Bashar al-Assad was NOT responsible for the chemical incident that killed and injured Syrian civilians on August 21 near Ghouta. Further, British intelligence officials also know this. 

Intelligence sources confirm that a chemical incident of some sort did cause fatalities and injuries on August 21 in a suburb of Damascus called Ghouta. They insist, however, that the incident was not the result of an attack by the Syrian Army using military-grade chemical weapons from its arsenal. That is the most salient fact, according to intelligence officers working on the Syria issue. 

They say that CIA Director John Brennan is perpetrating a pre-Iraq-War-type fraud on members of Congress, the media and the U.S. public.

In general in the intelligence arena John Brennan has little credence and that goes, as well, for his titular boss, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, who has admitted he gave “clearly erroneous” sworn testimony to Congress denying NSA eavesdropping on Americans.

There is a growing body of evidence from numerous sources in the Middle East, mostly affiliated with the Syrian opposition and its supporters, providing a strong circumstantial case that the August 21 chemical incident was a pre-planned provocation by the Syrian opposition and its Saudi and Turkish supporters. The aim is reported to have been to create the kind of incident that would bring the United States deep into the war.

According to some reports, canisters containing chemical agent were brought into a suburb of Damascus, where they were then opened. Some people in the immediate vicinity died; others were injured.

Intelligence officials are unaware of any reliable evidence that a Syrian military rocket capable of carrying a chemical agent was fired into the area. In fact, there is no reliable physical evidence to support the claim that this chemical attack was a result of a strike by a Syrian military unit with expertise in chemical weapons.

In addition, on August 13-14, 2013, Western-sponsored opposition forces in Turkey started advance preparations for a major, irregular military surge. Initial meetings between senior opposition military commanders and Qatari, Turkish and U.S. intelligence officials took place at the converted Turkish military garrison in Antakya, Hatay Province, now used as the command center and headquarters of the Free Syrian Army (FSA) and their foreign sponsors.

Senior opposition commanders who came from Istanbul pre-briefed the regional commanders on an imminent escalation in the fighting due to “a war-changing development,” which, in turn, would lead to a U.S.-led bombing of Syria.

At operations coordinating meetings at Antakya, attended by senior Turkish, Qatari and U.S. intelligence officials as well as senior commanders of the Syrian opposition, the rebels were told that the bombing would start in a few days. Opposition leaders were ordered to prepare their forces quickly to exploit the U.S. bombing, then march into Damascus, and remove the Bashar al-Assad government.

The Qatari and Turkish intelligence officials assured the Syrian rebel regional commanders that they would be provided with plenty of weapons for the coming offensive. And they were. A weapons distribution operation unprecedented in scope began in all opposition camps on August 21-23. The weapons were distributed from storehouses controlled by Qatari and Turkish intelligence under the tight supervision of U.S. intelligence officers.

Friends the so-called rebels/terrorists and their financial supporters have ample incentive to get the U.S. more deeply involved in the brutal war in Syria.

Interestingly, reporter Judi Rudoren, writing from Jerusalem in her article in Friday’s New York Times noted that the Israelis have argued, quietly, that the best outcome for Syria’s two-and-a-half-year-old civil war, at least for the moment, is no outcome. Rudoren wrote: “For Jerusalem, the status quo, horrific as it may be from a humanitarian perspective, seems preferable to either a victory by Mr. Assad’s government and his Iranian backers or a strengthening of rebel groups, increasingly dominated by Sunni jihadists. “‘This is a playoff situation in which you need both teams to lose, but at least you don’t want one to win — we’ll settle for a tie,’ said Alon Pinkas, a former Israeli consul general in New York. ‘Let them both bleed, hemorrhage to death: that’s the strategic thinking here. As long as this lingers, there’s no real threat from Syria.’”

The Israeli government believes that the longer Sunni and Shia are at each other’s throats in Syria and in the wider region, the safer Israel is.

Just such a scenario will bring about the total fulfillment of the Isaiah 17 prophecy. Damascus and probably all of Syria will become a total heap of ruins.

In this war in Syria Iran can readily be blamed by association and charged with all manner of provocation, real and imagined. There is also the possibility of a false-flag attack perpetrated by an interested party that results in the sinking or damaging, of a U.S., French or Russian ship off the coast of Syria. Our lame stream media could be counted on to milk that for all it’s worth, and there would be heavy pressure to widen U.S. military involvement in Syria – and perhaps beyond, against Iran. This would be akin to the alleged Tonkin Gulf incident that pushed the U.S. deeply into the war in Vietnam.

The only reason President Obama would order a military strike against Syrian Forces is because he is following the script of the New World Order, who want Assad overthrown because he is an entrenched dictator, geographically located in a country which one day will be called upon to surrender its national sovereignty to the anti-christ’s kingdom #7 planned and formed by the infamous Club of Rome, a kingdom that will stretch from Morroco to Turkey. President Assad is a proud dictator of Syria, following successfully in his Dad's footsteps. Hafez al-Assad ruled Syria as President for 29 years from 1971 to2000. Therefore, Syria has been ruled by the Assad family for 42 years. You know that President Assad will refuse to surrender his national sovereignty to the New World Order. If you were the ruler of Syria you would also. Hence, Assad has to be overthrown, just like the dictators of Iraq, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria and Yemen.

This strategy is called "The Pentagon's New Map", which foresees continuous war in the "Non-Integrating Gap Region" of the world.

Another American traitor, I think O'Bagy should go and fight in another fruitless war that wastes American blood and treasure

First, let me say that a President without a good moral core is not fit to lead the U.S. in war time. Obama has no Godly moral compass.  

Most, of the thinking that Syrian’s rebellion is mostly moderate comes from a single source. Both Sen. John McCain and Secretary of State John Kerry have publicly cited that source, and if you’ve been watching cable news this week you’ve seen that source. Her name is Elizabeth O’Bagy, and she works at the Institute for the Study of War. She penned a piece for the Wall Street Journal that has become the basis for the idea that Syria’s rebels are more moderate than jihadist.

O’Bagy has been all over the lame stream media, seemingly out of nowhere, to tell America that Syria’s rebels are mostly moderate.

The Institute for the Study of War bills itself as non-partisan and appears to have lived up to that since its founding in 2007.

Dr. O’Bagy, on the other hand, is also connected to an organization called the Syrian Emergency Task Force. As its political director, she is one of its four top officers according to the group’s web site. This is her.

Political director, by the way, means that O’Bagy is an activist. Her activism includes promoting the bombing of Assad’s forces.

Here’s a jaw-dropper: O’Bagy criticized Israel for killing Hamas leader Ahmed al-Jabari last November. But enough about her.

The SETF’s executive director is one Mouaz Moustafa. A picture of  Moustafa is below.

And look, here below, there is Mouaz Moustafa Syria. That’s another American traitor,  Sen. John McCain there in the middle, and a couple of Islamist kidnappers behind him.

Moustafa and O’Bagy arranged McCain’s trip to Syria through the Syrian Emergency Task Force.

You probably have guessed where this is going by now. Mr. Moustafa is a Palestinian Arab, and was involved in the Libya war before he turned up in Syria. He openly hates Israel. He opposed the overthrow of Mohammed Morsi in Egypt. He hearts Hamas. Connect that dot to O’Bagy’s take on the strike that killed Ahmed al-Jabari, above.

In short, the man behind the source for the notion that Syria’s rebellion is moderate is, himself, an Islamist among Islamists, according to FrontPage.

One member of the SETF’s Board of Trustees/Board of Directors, Dr. Jihad Qaddour, was also a trustee of the Muslim American Society, which is a front for the Muslim Brotherhood.

Another, Bassam Estwani, appears to have been the Imam of the Dar Al-Hijrah Islamic Center, also known as Al-Qaeda leader Anwar Al-Awlaki’s former mosque. The mosque was considered a front for Hamas and other “Islamic extremists” by the Treasury Department.

A third, Zaher Sahloul, appears to be the Chairman of the Council of Islamic Organizations of Chicago, an organization with terrorist links which is involved in organizing a boycott of Israel.

If you believe “Syria’s rebels are moderates,” according to the disinformation very effectively spread by the Syrian Emergency Task Force, then I have a rusty, old bridge I will sell you.
