The Watchman On The Wall

The Watchman On The Wall
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Verse 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Israel Continues To Pound Syrian Targets

Image result for Israel treating al Qaeda terrorists

Israel’s latest round of airstrikes against southern Syria continued into a second day today, after stray artillery shells crossed the disputed border and landed on the Israeli-held Golan Heights. Today’s Israeli strikes were somewhat deadlier, killing at least two civilians in Quneitra.

Israel had insisted that they had exclusively targeted military targets, saying they’d destroyed an “ammunition truck” and artillery positions, along with attacking a tank inside Syria. This is a fairly common reaction to stray shells by Israel, which has repeatedly attacked the Syrian military over the course of the protracted war within the country.

The Syrian Army and Assad aren’t very happy with the timing of this latest Israeli foray, however, noting that today’s strikes came at the exact same time al-Qaeda’s Nusra Front launched an offensive in the exact same area, accusing Israel of effectively providing air cover for the terrorists.

Israel is known to be providing substantial amounts of aid to rebels in this area of Syria, including some Islamist-leaning groups. It has never been confirmed that Nusra was among those getting supported by Israel, however it has been speculated by Syria that this might be the case, and Israel has accepted wounded al-Qaeda fighters crossing into Syria for treatment.

Saudis Give Qatar 10 Days!

Image result for Saudi Arabia vs. Qatar

Late last week, Qatar received a list of 13 demands from Saudi Arabia and the other Arab nations involved in blockading them, and has been warned by the Saudi kingdom that they have just 10 days to unconditionally accept all of them, or face unspecified further action. Qatar’s Foreign Ministry has issued a statement today insisting the list of demands is unreasonable.
The demands include Qatar agreeing to shut down every one of its media outlets, including the influential al-Jazeera, permanently, agree to pay an unspecified fine to the Saudis, close several foreign diplomatic posts that the Saudis don’t want them to have, and to expel the Turkish military from a base on the peninsula.
This list follows a 10-demand list from the Saudis which was rejected out of hand, and let the US to call for a “reasonable” list of demands, and Britain urged it to be “realistic.” Qatar insists they don’t think the new list is either, but rather an even bigger attack on their sovereignty than the last list was.

The US State Department has insisted Qatar is “reviewing” the demands, but Secretary of State Tillerson, who’d initially called for reasonable, actionable demands, conceded it would be very difficult for Qatar to even conceivably meet some of the demand. He urged the nations to sit down and negotiate a compromise agreement, which is unlikely as Qatar has sought an end to the blockade as a condition for talks, and the Saudis and their allies are insisting these demands are absolute and non-negotiable.

Was The USS Fitzgerald Hit By An EMP?

Vietnam, Malaysia and most of all, the Philippines are impacted by aggressive Chinese action in the region.

NOTE: Your Watchman formerly worked National Ground Intelligence Center, (NGIC) when I was in the U.S. Army. NGIC was previously called the U.S. Army Intelligence Threat Analysis Center (ITAC) and I worked there also. Mr. Hodges cites this agency in his article.
I disagree with Mr. Hodges conclusion that the USS Fitzgerald was hit with an Electronic Magnetic Pulse weapon commonly called an EMP. To the best of my knowledge an EMP is a nuclear detonation in the atmosphere and such a detonation would have been detected by Japan, the U.S. and Russia.
Moreover, and I may be wrong,  the USS Fitzgerald, per the map below, was not in the South China Sea nor near the coast of China but right off the eastern coast of Japan making it a somewhat unlikely location for a Chinese EMP attack unless Chinese ships were in the vicinity and I am not aware of any Chinese ships being there.

It is possible the Titanic mirage effect may have also been in play in this situation. Sometimes at night atmospherics create false images or mirages that can be deadly to ships at sea. Below is a possible graphic of such a mirage. Just such a mirage appeared to the crew of the Titanic making them believe ships were coming to their rescue.

I think it is very possible that the USS Fitzgerald and the cargo ship were hit with a Stuxnet Computer Worm that could have sent both ships out of control. I want to emphasize this is speculation on my part. I would refer my readers to a previous article and video I posted on the Stuxnet Worm called Nitro Zeus.

I also think the accident could have been caused by human error. Perhaps, someone on of the ships was asleep on duty?

Dave Hodges wrote this article.
I publicly stated, on June 21, that the USS Fitzgerald was hit by an EMP. My belief is rooted in several factors which will be discussed by the end of the article. However, the foundation for my belief comes from a two-year-old declassified intelligence report.
A 2015 declassified intelligence report, obtained by the private National Security Archive, provides details on China’s EMP weapons as well as the plans for their use.
The report details how much of China’s military is developing EMP weapons that the Chinese plan to use against  targeted U.S. aircraft carriers with regard to any future conflict over Taiwan. Parts of the National Ground Intelligence Center study on the lethal effects of electromagnetic pulse (EMP) and high-powered microwave (HPM) weapons revealed that the arms are part of what China refers to as the “assassin’s mace”. This  arsenal of EMP weapons allows a technologically inferior China to defeat U.S. military forces while leaving much of the surrounding infrastructure intact. It is like the neutron bomb of EMP weaponry.
The report further states “For use against TaiwanChina could detonate at a much lower altitude (30 to 40 kilometers) … to confine the EMP effects to Taiwan and its immediate vicinity and minimize damage to electronics on the mainland.” After I aired my opinion that the Fitzgerald was hit by an EMP, I heard from an old reliable deep cover source, as well as a new source, in which both sources stated pretty much the same story. The Fitzgerald was hit with a Chinese based EMP and that the new generation of Chinese EMP weaponry is capable of targeting a select area and take down a tank, a plane or a ship without damaging surrounding electronics.
Both sources and the once labeled “top secret ” report, revealed that Chinese military writings have emphasized the importance of building low-yield EMP warheads. The report said that future Chinese EMP weapons should emphasize developing “any low-yield strategic nuclear warhead (or tactical nuclear warheads) could be used with similar effects. The DF-21 medium-range ballistic missile was prominently mentioned as a platform for the EMP attack against a country such as Taiwan”.  Of course, this strategy has definitive applicability in its use against the United States.
According to the report, this “trump card” or “assassin’s mace” weapons that are based on new technology, has been developed in high secrecy. Trump card would be applicable if the Chinese have developed new low-yield, possibly enhanced, EMP warheads, while assassin’s mace would apply if older warheads are employed, the report said. But as stated, individual aircraft carriers would be prime targets for the newest generation of Chinese EMP weapons.
Americans have been told by our corporate controlled media that EMP weapons will have no impact on human beings. These reports are a bold faced lie as this same report went on to detail how the Chinese have conducted EMP tests on mice, rats, rabbits, dogs and monkeys.  The results of the mammal directed EMP test results produced eye, brain, bone marrow and other significant organ injuries. It stated that “it is clear the real purpose of the Chinese medical experiments is to learn the potential human effects of exposure to powerful EMP and high-powered microwave radiation.”  The report also concluded that these human based EMP tests may have been conducted to determine safety or shielding standards for military personnel or weapons.
In conclusion, with regard to this exotic weaponry, it is clear that the Chinese plan for nuclear EMP strikes against the United States are part of Chinese military doctrine and there is also evidence that China has already developed a set of super-EMP nuclear weapons that produce powerful EMP fields, but with EMP related effects that can be contained to specific geographic locations. There is no doubt  that the Chinese are perfecting task-specific EMP weapons to a degree that is now known outside of classified circles.
After speaking to my sources and reviewing the previously classified report, I have no doubt that is what the Fitzgerald was hit with.
The US Navy has presented a scenario in which we asked to believe the highly improbable scenario in which the Fitzgerald was accidentally struck by a cargo ship. This bold faced lie could only be true if the crews of both ships simultaneously had an electronic failure resulting in radar and sonar malfunctions and the lookouts of both ship simultaneously went to sleep. The Navy cover story is simply not believable.

Previously, China has issued stern warnings to the US Navy to avoid the South China Sea. On multiple occasions, the ships from the US Navy have mocked the warning by sailing into the area. This time, the Chinese meant business.
China just delivered a message to the United States government that they will not tolerate any more US Navy incursions into the South China Sea. The irresistible force meets the immovable object.
China’s economy, no matter how many times they try to restructure, is failing. The Chinese government faces disenfranchised opposition from extremely poor peasants living in the outlying provinces. To add salt to these wounds, we need to realize that the conflict in the South China Sea was originally fueled by the Chinese who were  left out of a monumental trade agreement, the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). Even though the TPP is dead, China’s claims of ownership of the South China Sea, which would disrupted the trade agreement, remains in place. Subsequently, Chinese foreign policy is guided by these two principles:
  1. Disrupt any resurrection of the TPP so no nation gains an economic advantage over China in its own backyard.
  2. Isolate Taiwan geographically and militarily. Closing down the South China Sea moves China in the direction of accomplishing this kind of action. The short-term goal is to economically diminish Taiwan. The final goal is the take-over of Taiwan.
China is increasingly aggressive, almost to the point of forming a quasi-naval blockade in and around the disputed territories which are a point of disagreement between China, her neighbors and the United States. In fact, China’s actions within the last few days are clearly indicative of a nation determined to defend its claims, just ask the seven dead sailors from the Fitzgerald. The attack upon the Fitzgerald was a clear warning that the Chinese are capable of  defending the South China Sea. From the Chinese perspective, the Fitzgerald may very well have been an aircraft carrier, like the Nimitz.
Speaking of the Nimitz, the US is not to be deterred. The Nimitz is sailing to the area where the Fitzgerald was attacked. Will the Nimitz task force enter the South China Sea and dare the Chinese to start World War III?

Certainly, all the elements for a monumental confrontation are in play and the events are surely reminiscent of the Cuban Missile Crisis in an historical parallel perspective. I certainly hope that the Nimitz has an antidote to localized Chinese EMP weapons.

"Operation Broken Heart"

A monk from Riverside and an Australian man looking to buy a 6-year-old boy were among 238 people arrested during a two-month operation targeting child predators in Southern California, officials said Monday.
Conducted by the Los Angeles Regional Internet Crimes against Children task force, “Operation Broken Heart III”  targeted offenders wanted for the sexual exploitation of children, child prostitution, sex tourism and possessing and distributing child pornography, said Deputy Chief Matt Blake of the Los Angeles Police Department.
Among those arrested during sweeps in April and May were entertainers, community leaders, white-collar professionals and clergy members, said John Reynolds, acting special agent in charge for U.S. Department of Homeland Security Investigations.
“The incidence of child sexual exploitation has reached staggering proportions,” he said at a news conference.
Law enforcement officials said the arrests underscore the importance of families maintaining an open dialogue about Internet safety.
“Parents and kids need to have frank conversations about how to stay safe in cyberspace,” Reynolds said.
Children and teens, he said, are spending more time on the Internet and social media sites, where child predators often look for victims.
The Los Angeles task force is one of 61 programs nationwide funded through the U.S. Justice Department’s Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. Created in 2014, Operation Broken Heart gives law enforcement agencies and task forces an opportunity to combine resources and investigative tools to identify child sexual predators.
The Los Angeles Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children unit serves about 300 warrants each year in pursuit of child pornography suspects. In a high-rise building in Long Beach, 11 officers review an average of 350 child pornography cases a month.

Investigators use forensic equipment inside a mobile crime lab named "The Beast" to scan through hard drives for any illicit images.
In May, Michael Quinn, 33, traveled from Australia to Los Angeles to complete a deal to buy a 6-year-old boy for sex, according to the U.S. attorney’s office in Los Angeles.
Undercover agents met Quinn on a social media networking site, where he had communicated that he wanted to “meet up with a dad who shares his young one,” according to prosecutors.
“Quinn explained to the undercover agent he was hoping to meet ‘other pervs’ in the U.S. and ultimately agreed to pay a human trafficker $250 to provide him with a young boy with whom he could engage in illicit sex,” according to the U.S. attorney’s office in Los Angeles.
Quinn went to a hotel in Los Angeles, where he planned to meet and party with three other child predators and engage in sex with boys, prosecutors said. Instead, undercover agents were waiting inside the hotel room.
After Quinn handed money to an agent, who was posing as a sex trafficker, law enforcement authorities entered the room and arrested him, prosecutors said.
Weeks later in Riverside, authorities arrested Kounzong Saebphang, 26, a monk, at his home in the Wat Lao Buddhist Monastery in Riverside.
Authorities were investigating Saebphang since last year when they received information that he was possibly distributing child pornography, according to the Riverside County district attorney’s office.

When federal investigators searched the monastery, they found at least one digital device containing child pornography in his belongings, prosecutors said. Prosecutors alleged he also distributed child pornography to another person through a social media site.
